Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

Gemini Manager (the "Extension") takes your privacy seriously. We store only the minimum information necessary, entirely within your local browser environment. This policy transparently explains what information is handled and how.

01Information We Collect

The Extension stores the following information only in your local browser storage.

What we do NOT collect: We never collect personally identifiable information such as name, email, or phone number. We do not access your Google account information.

02Where Information Is Stored

All collected information is stored only in your local browser storage (chrome.storage.local). This is storage on your own device and is never transmitted to any external server, including the developer's.

The Extension does not operate its own server. There is no database that collects or retains user information.

03External Service Communication

The Extension communicates with external APIs only when you explicitly use AI features.

Google Gemini API

If you do not use AI features, no communication with any external server occurs. Keyword-based auto-classification works entirely within your browser without an API key.

04Permission Usage

The purpose of each permission requested by the Extension.

05Deleting Your Information

You can delete all stored information at any time.

06Children's Privacy

The Extension is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone in that age group.

07Policy Changes

If this privacy policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Significant changes will be announced within the Extension.
